9/10/2010 Shannon Escrow made buying our home so easy! When working with the realtors "The Cascade Team" and Shannon Escrow, they will do a remote signing for you, which means they brring all of the paperwork to sign to your location. This was hugely helpful as my husband was out of the country at the time. They answered every question I had, and managed to get our home closed on a Friday in King County, which is no mean feat! Totally recommend them, all of them were super nice and helpful. Grace and Dave were just super. When we sell someday, we will use them, again!! Unbelievable customer service!!
