Shannon Escrow, Inc. is a small company, there are only 6 of us at any given time, which might have helped us outlast some of the other escrow providers. Consistant excellent service, attention to detail, and special focus on the little things have seen us drive to the US border to sign a refinance because the borrower was in the hospital, or come in on Sunday morning because the seller had been flying all night to get back home. I, myself have done signings on a boat in Elliot Bay, in every hospital in Puget Sound, I have signed clients in their homes, workplaces, even on a bus in transit. I have ridden ferries, stayed up past 12:30, and made the impossible....possible. And, yes, while the other providers tell you to get an extension until the next week, we will come in on the weekend to get it done.
